Project - Dubai Islamic Bank

We successfully delivered a comprehensive interior fit-out project for the new back-office facility of Dubai Islamic Bank, executing the works with a structured, end-to-end delivery approach.

The project scope covered the entire lifecycle — beginning from the shell-and-core stage and progressing through detailed planning, authority coordination, design development support, procurement, execution, testing and commissioning, and final handover. Particular attention was given to operational functionality, compliance with banking sector standards, and alignment with landlord and regulatory requirements to ensure a seamless transition into occupancy.

All civil works, bespoke joinery, and MEP installations were carried out entirely in-house by Evo Interior Fitout’s specialised teams. This integrated execution model enabled tight cross-disciplinary coordination, enhanced quality assurance, and improved schedule control. By maintaining full oversight across trades, we minimised interface risks, accelerated decision-making, and ensured that timelines and compliance standards were consistently met.
