Project - ECAP Investment

We successfully delivered a comprehensive fit-out and reinstatement project for ECAP Investment, managing the assignment from initial site condition through to final handover.

The scope encompassed the complete project lifecycle, beginning at the shell-and-core stage and progressing through detailed planning, design coordination, authority compliance, execution, testing, and completion. In addition to the full interior fit-out, the project included reinstatement works carried out to meet landlord and regulatory requirements, ensuring a smooth transition and full compliance with building standards.

All civil works, custom joinery, and MEP installations were executed entirely in-house by Evo Interior Fitout’s dedicated teams. This integrated delivery model enabled tight coordination between disciplines, consistent quality control, efficient scheduling, and proactive issue resolution. By maintaining single-source accountability across all trades, we ensured streamlined communication, controlled costs, and timely delivery aligned with the client’s operational objectives.
