Terms & Conditions

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Evo Interior Fitout for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Formal project execution is subject to a signed contract, proposal, or work order.

2. Scope of Services

All services provided by Evo Interior Fitout, including interior fit-out, renovation, civil works, joinery, MEP works, reinstatement, and related services, shall be governed by a written agreement defining:

• Scope of work
• Project timelines
• Commercial terms
• Technical specifications
• Authority approvals (where applicable)

No verbal agreement shall be binding unless confirmed in writing.

3. Quotations & Validity

• All quotations are valid for a specified period stated in the proposal.
• Pricing is based on the agreed scope and specifications at the time of submission.
• Any changes to scope, design, materials, site conditions, or authority requirements may result in cost adjustments.
  
  

4. Variation Orders

Any modification, addition, omission, or alteration to the agreed scope must be documented through a written Variation Order (VO) approved by both parties.

• Variation Orders may impact cost and timeline.
• Works outside the agreed scope will not commence without written approval.
• EVO Interior Fitout reserves the right to suspend variation works pending approval of revised commercial terms.

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payments shall be made according to the milestone schedule stated in the contract.
• Advance payments may be required prior to mobilisation.
• Interim payments are due within the agreed payment period (typically 7–30 days).
• Late payments may result in suspension of work without liability for resulting delays.
• All amounts are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Failure to meet payment obligations may result in work suspension and/or contract termination.

6. Project Timelines & Delays

Project timelines are based on:

• Timely client approvals
• Unrestricted site access
• Availability of utilities
• Timely authority approvals
  
  

Evo Interior Fitout shall not be liable for delays caused by:

• Authority approval processes
• Client design changes
• Late material approvals
• Site access restrictions
• Third-party contractor interference

Approved variations may require extension of time.

7. Force Majeure

EVO Interior Fitout shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Government actions or regulatory changes
• Natural disasters
• Supply chain disruptions
• Labor shortages
• Pandemics or public health restrictions

In such events, project timelines shall be reasonably extended.

8. Defects Liability Period (DLP)

Unless otherwise specified in the contract:

• A standard Defects Liability Period of 12 months shall apply from the date of project handover.
• Evo Interior Fitout will rectify defects arising from workmanship within this period.
• The DLP does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, third-party interference, or normal wear and tear.

9. Materials & Substitutions

• Materials specified in the proposal are subject to availability.
• Equivalent alternatives may be proposed if original materials become unavailable, subject to client approval.
• Samples approved by the client shall serve as reference standards.
  
  

10. Regulatory Compliance

All works are executed in accordance with applicable UAE laws, Dubai Municipality requirements, Civil Defence regulations, DEWA guidelines, and other relevant authority standards.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate documentation and timely approvals required for regulatory submissions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

• Evo Interior Fitout’s liability shall be limited to the value of the contracted works.
• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business interruption.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement under the following conditions:

• Material breach of contract
• Failure to meet payment obligations
• Insolvency or legal incapacity

Upon termination:

• The client shall pay for work completed up to the termination date.
• Materials procured specifically for the project shall remain payable.
  
  

13. Confidentiality

All drawings, designs, BOQs, pricing, and technical documents remain the intellectual property of Evo Interior Fitout and shall not be shared without written consent.

14. Intellectual Property

Design concepts, drawings, and proprietary methodologies developed by EVO Interior Fitout remain protected under applicable intellectual property laws unless otherwise agreed in writing.

15. Website Use

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by UAE law. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
